It wasn’t until I started meditating that I was able to make health a solid lifestyle. I became a much happier and purpose-driven person! I finally broke off a toxic relationship, quit my job I hated, started teaching yoga, sold my car & began living a super minimalistic lifestyle. This allows me to do what I love everyday, inspire others, and live out the life I have always dreamed of. I hope if you have never meditated, it opens a pathway to permanent change in your life!
