You can do these AS your cardio, like 30 second rounds after you’re done lifting. Try not to do these every single day. So work them in maybe 3x per week.

Rest 20 seconds in between exercises and 1 minute in between sets!
Proper form: Always keep your shoulder blades back, chest up! This is will protect your body and make it easier to bring weight into your heels! Get out of the future, join the present moment! Shoulder blades back and down, in the workout and IN LIFE! This will boost your confidence and it is the easiest way to BE SEXY! As you explode up, use your toes. On the way down, bring weight into the heels, absorbing the energy. Rule of thumb in working out, exhale on the strenuous part of the exercise, inhale on the easier part. For example, squat jumps: inhale down, exhale up!
