It is so important to build the upper body strength and core for your aerial yoga and handstand practice! The shoulder is a very intricate and delicate part of the body. It is the easiest part of the body to be injured in aerial yoga, that is why it is so important to be concious of what feels good while you practice. Never force your practice, keep your shoulder blades pulling down your back and listen to your amazingly wise body.
