Sexy Transformation Challenge 3 Month Life Transformation Program
My main goal upon joining the Sexy Transformation Challenge was to find a balance with diet and exercise and avoid the binge eating/drinking around the holidays. Although my measurements were unchanged I found success in achieving my goal of balance especially given the fact that I did not gain ANY weight with the plethora of baked goods in my office from Halloween til now! Don’t get me wrong, I definitely indulged in a chocolate (or two) a couple of times per week but I did not guilt myself over it as I was being consistent with my work outs and think it is healthy to have a good relationship with treating yourself without over indulging and I did just that! My other goal of avoiding “senseless snacking” was also curbed by watching less t.v. and eating a more fulfilling dinner. During this time I have also entered for my first 1/2 marathon and this challenge definitely helped spur me on. I have been on a more consistent workout and diet plan and I’m happy to say that I’m up to 10 miles and still have one month til the race and I couldn’t be more stoked! I know I will always have to be aware of my vices: sweets and night time snacking, but having the accountability of this “challenge” has definitely made me more aware of this and I’m looking forward to a healthier 2015! Thank you Margie for putting this on and I can’t wait for the next one.
P.s although there were no objective “changes” on my measurements. I definitely felt a change in the way my clothes fit, and how my body looked, much more comfortable standing naked in front of the mirror! and I received comments from several patients asking if I was losing weight so something was working!
Physically, my most proud accomplishment is my arms, although the progress may be hard to see, that little definition is huge for me! My hubby says my back is looking defined too! My abs are second place as a little sculpting is starting to take place … still have a lot of ‘cushion’ to burn away! I have made so much progress in the gym and learned not to be scared of increasing those weights. I try to slowly increase EVERY time and often am amazed at what can be done with my body!
Inwardly, I am most excited about the way that I have learned to meditate daily and to ‘let go’ of things that are really not important. I finally ordered A Course In Miracles and am stoked to further find inner peace, cherish now, and have a healthy future.

I just want to thank everyone for the motivation of this group and how it has helped me in my journey! I started out strong but let life and work stress get in the way of achieving my full goals. However, I have made significant lifestyle changes and feel much healthier and happier on a daily basis. 2015 will a year of body transformation thanks to the wonderful baseline of information I have received here! Special thanks to Margie Pargie for everything you do on a daily basis! You are a constant inspiration for mind, body, and spirit! I may not have a distinctively toned body but my mind is decluttered and my goals for 2015 are concretely set!
