THE QUEEN SECRET SOCIETY SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by and between:
Margie Pargie - The Femme Agency and Client (YOU) upon enrollment in The Queen Secret Society mastermind.

By checking the box and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. PROGRAM DETAILS & COMMITMENT

The Queen Secret Society is a 6-month high-level mastermind that includes:
✔ Weekly Group Execution Calls for strategy, implementation, and real-time coaching.
✔ One (1) Private 1:1 Coaching Call per Month focused on strategy, scaling, and embodiment.
✔ 10 Hours Per Month of VA Support for execution and business tasks.
✔ Private Group & Voice Memo Support for ongoing access and real-time feedback.

This is a 6-month minimum commitment.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

✔ Investment: $1,111/month for 6 months.
✔ Payment Plan: You agree to monthly auto-draft payments for the duration of the commitment.
✔ Late Payments: If payment is declined, you have 48 hours to resolve it before access is revoked.
✔ No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the program, no refunds, cancellations, or early terminations will be granted once you enroll. You are committing to the full 6-month term.

3. EXPECTATIONS & PARTICIPATION

✔ You agree to show up, participate, and implement.
✔ You understand that your results depend on your effort, execution, and commitment.
✔ You will respect the confidentiality of other members and maintain professionalism within the group.
✔ The Femme Agency reserves the right to remove any member who is disruptive, non-participatory, or fails to meet payment obligations.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

✔ All materials, frameworks, strategies, and session recordings are confidential and proprietary to The Femme Agency.
✔ You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any materials, strategies, or coaching content outside of this mastermind.
✔ Violations will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

5. LEGAL DISCLAIMER

✔ The Company does not guarantee specific financial results. Your success is dependent on your implementation and execution.
✔ This program does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

6. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
