5 Tips to Stop Overthinking and get on with it....

#1 Get outta your head and into your body. Feel it to heal it.

#2 Write down everything in your head and read it back to yourself so that you know exactly what's going on in your head.

#3 Start asking yourself empowering questions. How can I feel good right now? How can I serve more people? How can I create something that's gonna make a huge difference right now?

#4 Do something to clear your environment. Clean up something. Clean the dishes. Do something that's going to make you feel good right where you are.

#5 Ask yourself what you need rather than asking someone else. Take one simple action that you know you need to take and just get to it.
